Words can't express the amazing service I received from this branch. I was traveling had an issue and just stopped in the bank and the staff went over and beyond to help me truly Guardian Angels. I will for ever be grateful to have meet such amazing people.
Spoke to Bank of America customer service, was told to come to this location. Called this location several times over the course of several days, never answered their phones. Got here, the wait was over an hour and the teller was rude and unhelpful. I've been a customer with Bank of America for 17 years, the customer service keeps getting worse and worse.
The tellers were great and even the officer who was security was pleasent
This has been by far, the best branch I've been to in Pensacola. I was having a very stressful day. And the tellers and manager quickly, and with a smile helped me through everything! Thank you!!!
