Very disappointed. More the times that is closed than it is open.
Regions is the ABSOLUTE WORST bank of them ALL. They have absolutely NOTHING to offer except for headaches and inconveniences!!! The ONLY bank that randomly cancels business debit cards on Sundays! The ONLY bank that still makes you wait 10 days for a replacement card to come via SNAIL MAIL!! Do NOT do business with Regions or You will 1000% regret it within 30 days!
It's ok. Paula Mobley is great. It's a bank and I don't have hundreds of millions on deposit.
Very friendly bank and efficient. They were all nice and welcoming when I opened an account. Most of my time was spent with Paula. Just super friendly and made sure to take her time explaining all the options (she even recommended places for us to eat around town).nnSince then, my experiences have been nothing but pleasurable.
Atm failed to dispense money still waiting to have credited back to account.
