My experience with this branch has been so poor that I am seriously considering closing my account with the bank, that I've had for over a decade Their absolute inability to complete the most simple tasks is baffling.nnIt has taken me 6 weeks and five visits just to try to get a functioning debit card...to no avail! Went in today for the THIRD card supposedly issued. And, to no one's surprise, it doesn't work.nnStill can't access my funds without going in person during a weekday, after close to TWO. MONTHS.nnI can't even imagine what it would be like trying to conduct actual business with these folks.
