Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

Stacey Noonan account member has stolen 2 stimulus check from me. I have submittedIdentity theft reports from the Internal Revenue Service.The branch continues to do absolutely nothing and allowWire fraud and identity theftTo goUnchecked. Good job.

They only had one and only one walk up and the bank is closed Bank of America needs to wake up my ATM card is damage and they want to charge my 5 dollars for a new one it was there ATM machine that damaged it when I called them they said that they would be with me shortly I waited 35 minutes. BANK OF AMERICA ( WAKE UP) you are going to lose business so take care of your customer's because you all suck and your customer service needs to wake up also

Bank manager refused to verify funds from a check 2 days before Christmas so I was unable to pay 2 workers. The bank manager from where the checks were written eagerly awaited the call from the manager at BOA bayou branch however she refused to contact them to verify the funds. Pretty disappointing after being a customer for 2 years.

AWEFUL BANK OF AMERICA, You can no longer track your processing fee so they can charge you an overdraft fee. and it's too late for you to transfer money from savings. Thats they only way they can make money from you. I don't trust bank of america anymore

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BANK!! They embezzle your deposits. After depositing a check for $3,700 from an insurance company, they placed a hold on the check for 7 business days. I deposited the check and received a normal receipt (not a hold receipt) and was told by the teller that the funds would be available the next day and would have received a hold receipt if one was place on the check. I called the bank when I left and was told the same thing by the manager. I asked the bank manager about the hold because the bank placed a hold on the stimulus check 2 months ago (which is against the banks policy because the deposit was electronic). The day after the deposit I noticed the funds were not in the account. They placed a hold on the check.nnI called customer service and they said the reason for the hold was because we “never had deposited a check from the company into our account before.” It must be stated that the account has always been in good standings. No overdrafts. No violation of bank policy. After I explained that this would caused tremendous strain since the account is used to pay my mortgage, car payment, and other bills, they recommended that I go ahead and write a check and hope it doesn’t bounce. They also recommended that I try to over draft my account and withdraw money from an atm. I contacted the insurance company to ask them to stop payment on the check but they said the check had cleared. So, Bank of America is making money on my deposit for 7 business days without releasing the funds to my account. That is embezzlement!nnI just left the branch in Pensacola at 5041 Bayou Blvd. and was told there was nothing they could do on Saturday and that I would need to return on Monday to speak with their check holding department. They also said that the explanation I have been given doesn’t make sense. I agree!! The bank has been reported to the Better Business Bureau. As soon as this situation is resolved, I will close my account and never do business with the bank again!
