Ana always does a great job grooming our dogs. My dogs are happy to see her and all the other staff at Petco. Nice clean store with fair prices.
Excellent customer service from front desk staff they made my dog Rambo feel so comfortable, Matthew the Technician handled Rambo with great care. He gave great advice on how to maintain a healthy diet for my dog who eats and chews almost everything. He worked out a great price for the services rendered. They also have an excellent Trainer named Stacy check her out. My dog responds to her well.
Matt the vet nurse is amazing. Very friendly.nMatt takes the time to help and teach you about your furry friend. I highly recommend Petco in Coral Springs and Wiles Rd. Ask for Matt.
Very rarely do I find a chain pet store that gives proper care to reptiles, especially ones that are considered uncommon in the trade, so congratulations to them on that part. That being said, they have a very limited range on reptile and fish supplies, and the crickets the sell to me are always either dead or dying. Still not a bad store though
Mixed feelings here. As for their stock for a varying range of pets and supplies you can't go wrong. However, quality is something of an issue for ALL of their livestock. Put plainly, they buy big batch where quality control is almost impossible. They also don't stay on top of dead fish/plants in this store. They also handicap local breeders as they ONLY STOCK MALE FISH, ETC. I've purchased SEVERAL DIFFERENT types of fish from this location in abundance. They have an 87% mortality rate. Otherwise, clean store with EXTREMELY helpful and friendly staff.
