Doctors and nurses were friendly and competent, however, front desk personnel needs further training as to what it takes to be the front line of any business dealing with customers/patients. They are short, borderline unprofessional and unfriendly, especially to phone in customers. I was placed on hold for 42 minutes as I waited to speak to someone. Called in from another line and they said they were checking in patients and that's why it was taking so long; 42 minutes, really? As a patient, I know that patients check themselves in on Ipads, all the receptionist does is hand it to the patients and patients checks in as receptionist waits.nnWhen I finally speak to receptionist about the doctors clearance note I needed for work she tells me that I have to come in again for a whole new evaluation; I was there 2 days ago where I forgot to ask for the note from the doctor. She has the audacity to tell me they have different doctors as thought there are no records on file. I ask for my doctor and was told he won't be in for a long time. In essence, pay again! Seems like a money hungry location not patient oriented or focused. I hate leaving businesses bad reviews but I have to when I feel the treatment is unjust and uncalled for.
I received excellent and professional care. The doctor, Dr.. Junior Edmund and PA, Paula were most understanding to my condition and took care of me beyond my expectations.nEverything was modern and clean in which I was most comfortable.
Went to this location March 2020. Was told I will get billed later if I owe anything for what insurance does not cover. Never received a bill and was sent to collections. Collections company never contacted me and a bad remark was sent to my credit report instead.nnI never received a phone call, emails or letters from MD now or the collections company. They have all my contact info in thier system and rather put a bad remark on my credit report. The bill was less than $200 and can easily be paid without issues.nnAvoid them at all cost if you value your credit score.nnUpdate: Nobody actually replies to the review response email that is provided. It's been over a week.
Got there for a child return-to-school COVID test. Quick and efficient. The doctor and nurse are very friendly and extremely gentle! Highly recommend this location!
I went in as a walk in for my throat feeling like it was swelling shut and they got me in within 15 minutes of being there I was in and out in less than hour plus given my first dose of meds there. The receptionist Tara I believe was very helpful and professional and the medical team was amazing as well . I will definitely keep going back . Everything went so smooth and so quick and easy .
