I was trying to have a good rapport with the teller, and I ask him for his age because I am xx years old his reply was very rude. The bank has all my info. So I have no privacy because this teller had access to my info. It make me feel very disrespected that a simple question would trigger the teller to become so defensive. I just opened an account yesterday, and I thought it was going to be different being that is a credit union not a traditional bank. But unfortunately this credit union specific to this address is garbage
That's my second time coming from west palm beach and on the website they said it's open. When you get therw it's close. Now I have to travel to coral spring. Need to fix this not right

They limit your ability to pay your loan off in order to gouge their customer with extra interest payments ..be careful this credit union is in bed with car dealers and they get kickbacks for driving business to this criminal lender practice and facility. I love this bank. I have all my friends, family, and coworkers using this bank. I love it because it’s free checking, great customer service, and safe. I never had any problems with this bank. I love the short lines. I have tried numerous of banks and non have top this one. Only bad thing I can think of about this bank is there is not enough of them like the crappie bank. I will not say any names and the office hours...
