Bankers don't seem to have a lot of experience doing wire transfers. Suprising and concerning.
I went to this branch for the first time today to cash some bonds.nThe staff, especially Edward, is just phenomenal!nThe amount of professionalism, respect, kindness and empathetic attitudes, not to mention EXTREMLEY excellent at their jobs. My experience at this praticular branch is always exceptional the tellers are always welcoming and the branch manager Ms.Forrest is very hands on , when I needed a loan she sat there with me and helped me out so much. The experience I get at this branch is better than some at other banks.
