Poor customer service. The manager Juan was unwilling to waive a 8 dollar fee so he lied and said he couldn't do it for non account holders. I explained to him that it had been done before so I knew it wasn't true. I was cashing my check with the post office and will open my new account elsewhere due to the dishonesty over a small fee. Just tell the truth.
Not happy with Banker service. Had to close a chkng acct two wks ago due to IDENTITY THEFT. Was told I would receive the new checks withing 7-10 days. Tdy is 12/3/2020 and not chks. Monday it will be 21days since I to open a chkng acct. And will be charged $40.00 for chks. No call backs either when I left msgs. So, where are my new checks?today is Wednesday 12/9/20. Still HAVE NOT RECVD my NEW CHECKS> Now its 3 wks and still Waiting? So, where are they. Maybe its time to change banks!!!! M.L.Boland
Very nice staff, very helpful and convenient location.
They helped me when Bank of America's atm literally stole my check and then couldn't find it. The new check was reissued to an estate acct. instead of my name and they wouldn't cash it. Chase was my father's bank so I was allowed to deposit it in our joint acct.
