Disorganized chaos! It’s either go inside and wait in a crowd outside the lobby or sit in the drive thru and pray someone answers and helps you. I HATE going here and the only reason I do is to pay my landlord. I do NOT recommend opening any account here.
Very nice people, service is good. I gave 4 stars because no matter what time of day it is, they never pickup their phones when you call the local branch. WTH
NOBODY picks up the phone...EVER!!! Drive through still not open even though the branch has been open for two hours already. Wouldn't be a problem except I have kids asleep in the car so can't leave them to go inside and wait on someone to acknowledge me...better off with Wells Fargo
Super nice people at this location. I have been coming for years. They service my account well. Service dog friendly!
Teller was rude. Very poor attitude.I had to wait 40 minutes in line. Other banks in area open at 9 am. When I mentioned this teller said then we'll close earlier. Then she said have a nice weekend with a smart smile.
