Horrible and lazy. Should have just admitted she didn’t know how to open the account properly. Instead said they couldn’t print 2 pages I’d email to her. If that is true. Wells Fargo is guilty of providing horrible customer service.
Katherine Donovan was a good Teller here. I haven't seen her here lately, though.
Yudis is an awesome teller, I really liked the service of the tellers and representatives.
People are fine. Location is crummy. When located across the street was very easy to access.
The most annoying location ever. Very small parking lot and the speed bumps are too thin and high. To get to the atm you have to try to find a parking spot, get out of your car, and walk to the opposite side of the bank to use the atm right next to a busy street corner on the sidewalk. The only reason it got 3 starts is because of the good customer service. Sorry but I dread coming here because of the location.
