my wife and i have been going to this BofA for over 20 years and it has gotten so bad that we dreaded going there anymore. slow service, not enough employees, just all around terrible service.
This place is so unprofessional there is no sign on the door that the place is closed. You can see all the employees. Seriously why come to work if you’re not gonna assist customers in need.
It’s unfortunate that BoA is offering such poor service experience to its patrons. None of the banks have drive -up tellers in the immediate area. This bank had only one teller on the 1st of the month. Extremely frustrating and long wait times .
Anny Pincetti is wonderful! I've had great experiences with a lot of this bank's team but Anny stands out for her professional efficiency and positive attitude. Love having a convenient banking option- between this location and the App, I'm loving Bank of America for personal and small business banking.
Customers service is horable... I went in to open a saving account and a apply for a new credit card. They have me waiting for 45 minutes seatting down no one approach me to help me so I got up and left wasted my time..
