Bank is located in the Main Lobby of an Office building on State Rd 7, across the Street from Western Beef. The only nice thing I can say about 'this location' is that the Employees are Friendly and Polite. On a Bad Note, they only have 2 tellers working at any given time, they are extremely slow, there is no drive thru , the tellers speak little English. As a Customer for several years now, I will only go to the Bank of America located in Mission Bay Plaza. There, the Tellers are Friendly, Polite and Inviting. The lines go much quicker than the other Bank. When I used to do Banking on State Rd 7 across from Western Beef, I'd be online for 30 - 40 mins whereas, in Mission Bay, I'm done in 10 mins. Sorry but if you need to do Banking at Bank of America, I'd stay away from the one in the Office building across from Western Beef. You're much better off driving over to the one in Mission Bay Plaza.
People inside the branch are very nice. Good service. Area is a little sketchy and kind of scary to go to the ATM after hours.
Terrible service. Only one teller talking and talking and talking to the customer before me while an associate was talking talking at the entrance Nobody cares that you wait for 15 m, they are talking,they are talking talking like nothing is more important ..... I left.
Bank is good with nice people inside, but Atm always has shady people hanging out around it at night. They are probably skimming or recording cards or something. I only use Bank America card to pay for one thing, day after going to atm I see fraudulent charge. Be careful
A lady named Cruz makes my experience excellent. She always have a smile in her face. Excellent customer service at this location.
