It's a nice pet store. Clean. Went for 2 cat collars that is not a breakaway. They had 1. So I bought it but doesn't help me with my other cat. Fish tank filters do need cleaning. And it's a bit pricey. I can pay the same at petco. The employees are not that friendly. Just thought I'd give them a try first. ud83dude11
I've been going to the Titusville Pet Supermarket for a couple of years now. The store is brightly lit and spacious. The staff has been consistently friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.nMy biggest draw to this store is the DIY bath area with everything provided (i.e. shampoo and towels). My dog likes to roll in too much stuff for me to bathe her at home.nThey are bit more expensive than some other places, but they have a large selection of toys, treats, and food. I typically leave with a couple of other items after bathing my dog.
Well set up store. Isles clearly marked and items easy to find. You won't waste a lit of time shopping here.
They were all nice and helped me with what I was looking for.
What made my experience 5 star were the employees. They were knowledgeable, compassionate, helpful & great with the pets that came in. I had taken in an elderly dog that smelled terrible plus just had a treatment for cancer which made it even worse. Couldn't get in with a groomer & the bath I gave it was useless. They had a tub, extra odor fighting shampoo & other supplies.i bathed dog but didn't have to bend & staff made sure to check on me. Afterwards needed new leash, etc for dog & they helped with sizes & selection. They were well trained in the supplies in the store.
