I came in to ask about my account and not only did the sales representative answer all my questions to my satisfaction, he helped me feel confident in how to pick out a new phone that will meet my needs. I have been a Verizon customer since we started using cell phones, and my visit to your store today confirmed my confidence in Verizon. I intend to upgrade my current phone in the next several months and the sales rep showed me exactly what I will need and went o bee how all the charges will work. Just bought a new Galaxy S20 Ultra for my wife. This store has been the best experience. I got my monthly bill reduced. The gentleman that helped me was very well informed and very professional. I would highly recommend this store to others in the area. Even if you don't have any issue with your phone. I would recommend that you just go in a talk with someone about your plan and see if it is the right plan for you.
I had a great experience today. I was able to get a new phone that worked with my existing plan. I found a great deal on an otter box case and a monthly plan. The associates were extremely helpful and the whole process was easy and fast. Thank you so much!
Ryan took over an hour with me making sure to set up my new phone and transfer all my stuff. He applied my screen protector and case and told me about some great promotions they had which I took advantage of to get a great phone with a smart watch. I would have never figured out all this info online and will certainly be back whenever my family needs new phones or has any questions. Just great people providing great customer service!
