I prefer to shop locally whenever possible. Instead of using my Amazon Prime, I called the Walkabout Shop about a new pair of Birkenstocks. A very pleasant and professional person answered right away, and helped me with my order. To my amazement he offered to deliver them free of charge, and I had my new pair within 45 minutes! Try and beat that service Amazon!nnSupport this business! They pay local taxes, hire local people, and they live here!

Very convenient to get to. Nice, small but clean and orderly shop. Pleasant saleswoman. Good selection of high quality shoes at reasonable prices.
