I set up my bridal appointment and an appointment for my bridesmaids to pick dresses. Gina was my stylist for my appointment and she was AMAZING. She really listened to what I liked and what I was comfortable with and she was so helpful and kind and made me feel beautiful the whole time. Then she picked a dress that she thought I would like, that wasn’t something I would have picked myself, and she was 1000% right and I fell in love with the dress. She was absolutely amazing and really helped make the experience overall, really amazing. Cannot say enough wonderful things about the atmosphere and people here. Truly great experience!
Megan was AMAZING! So nice and knowledgeable. She let me know about the ranges in pricing for alterations so I could keep that in mind when deciding on a dress. She showed me all the different veils. I could really feel her positive and reassuring energy during the whole appointment. Even with the quarantine situation, she was right there when i needed her. She has an eye for amazing dresses and veils and she just made the moment very special and I would definitely recommend her for all things bridal. She was also very attentive to my family and she just seemed like a familiar friend. I’m sure my sister will also be requesting her for her future appointment.
I was in this store 3 times and had VERY different experiences each time. My first was for my bridal appointment. The girl we had was sweet but seemed new. I know we all have to start somewhere but the service we received cost them the sale of a wedding gown. I wasn’t impressed after leaving this appointment and tried a different bridal store. Also I had a bridesmaid apt scheduled right after and we received NO service whatsoever after my bridal apt.nnThe second time was for one of my bridesmaids. Nobody helped us and we were kinda just winging it. I kept asking about fabric and the girls helping us didn’t seem very knowledgeable.nnThe third time was for 4 more of my bridesmaids and was with the manager. Can I just say WOW. She was so helpful! She provided great service and catered to our every need. I wish I would’ve been provided this service for my bridal apt.
Absolutely best experience of my life. My mother and one of my bridesmaids just walked in for fun and we ended up finding the dress of my dreams. Amanda was amazing so please ask for her! We tried on every style to get a feel for everything. Amanda is the expert of belts so don’t stray away from them when she asks to put one on your dress. 100% recommend!!!
SIMPLY AMAZING! This was my very first time shopping for a wedding dress, and everything was handled with such professionalism! Justin helped me find options right away, and I fell in love with the perfect dress. He also styled it with the perfect accessories, and I even got shoes to go with it! The price was very reasonable, too. I'm BEYOND EXCITED for my hubby-to-be to see me in this dress! And now I can't wait for my big day! THANK YOU, JUSTIN!
