So I called just to see if they had a certain item in stock so that if they did I could just come into the store make my purchase and head out.nnWell someone by the name of Charlie answered and once she gave her intro I began explaining the type of item I'm looking for and out of nowhere the call disconnectsnn*Allow me to elaborate there's a difference from the line disconnecting because of a technical issue and someone simply putting the phone down because they don't want to talk*nnSo I decide to call back a few more times just to see if there was maybe some issue with the line got disconnected on several more times hm perhaps it wasn't Charlie that timennThere's so many places in the Oaks mall, around Gainesville that sells cute clothing and shoes I won't tolerate the disrespect NEXT!!nnAnd please save the response about there being an issue with the phone line NO the issue is clearly with your store employees.nnMy apology did I just ruin your 5 star rating?!
Amazing prices and great staff! Bambi was super helpful and attentive. She was a delight and made my experience there worthwhile!
I was super impressed by how eager Renee was to help me, even as she had to contend with a dressing room nearly full of women. She was super awesome, and I got out with a much better dress (for a better price) than anything my bf could’ve helped me with!!
Went in looking for something to wear to my sisters graduation and was pleasantly greeted by Bambi who went above and beyond to assist me and help me piece together my outfit. Bambi’s customer service skills are absolutely amazing and she will continue to bring customers in due to her skills.
