I stopped by to try to see the difference between OnClouds & Hokas and had the pleasure of being assisted by Olivia. She was very knowledgeable about all the brands of running shoes, the differences and was able to clearly and concisely communicate the similarities & differences for me. She even brought my attention to the speed laces that they offer in case the shoes I chose did not include them. Olivia clearly has a passion for running and has the knowledge and personality to win any customer over, and I plan on returning to make more purchases from her in the future.
I’ve been shopping here for the last 4 years, and I’ve really been impressed with the customer service, especially under the store’s current manager Phil. Whenever I enter the store, I’m greeted with a smile and asked if I need help. As an avid endurance runner, I’ve always appreciated their shoe recommendations based on my arch, observed running in the store, and any running issues I might be having. Phil’s enthusiastic about the run club & ambassador program, so check them out if you love to run!
