Awesome customer service. All the employees there are ready and very will to assist you in what ever you may need. Very pleasant and polite staff
I don’t really get the allure. Selection is small, staff is quiet, and the store just feels meh. Clothing is overpriced, until it hits the clearance rack. I would check this out in a pinch, but this definitely wouldn’t be my first choice for men’s clothes.
Fake sales and bad customer service. We tried to buy 2 items from a small rack with a sign clearly advertising “2 for $30”. The cashier said that one of the items (a jacket) wasn’t included in that sale. I pointed out that it was on the rack with the sign, and the associate argued (quite rudely) that the jacket was just for “display”. I pointed out that there were multiple jackets across that rack, not just 1 “display” jacket, and the associate argued that the other jackets were also under the sale sign “because of the display jacket”. We went to H&M instead.nnGreat clothes, just wish they honored their own sales and didn’t fight customers about them. ud83dude43
