Their computers were down and only allowing two customers in the store at a time but they had what I wanted in stock I even got fitted for insoles in and out in less than 20 minutes I was very happy
simply incredible. My sales team member was from my home state of New York. where ever you go redwing and a slice of home is right there.
Came here on a Sunday at 12:45. Hours clearly posted for Sunday being 12-5pm. No one here, doors locked, no note on the door explaining why they are closed during clearly posted working hours. No one answered the phone. Drove across town to get here, so I’m not a happy camper. Not a good way to run a business.

Went to redwing store and was told there are two already in tge store you wiyld have to wait. While standing outside another person walks and enters the store. They did not tell him to wait. Terrible service. Store employee really respects a blinded vet. Maybe he could not see my cane or read the blinded vet baseball hat i was wearing.a
