We have a check to deposit into our son's account at Bank of America however none of the banks are open. they obviously don't care about any of the people using their banking system I hope he moves to some other bank

Drive up is the only thing that you can get something accomplished. Called them 3 different times, put on hold no less than 90 minutes, and up to 1hr. & 45. I really need to speak with them about the constant screw ups on my mortgage payments. I never know if they are going to electronically deduct from my savings or not. 2 months now I make the payment because they don't. Then they turn around a take it 8-9 days after it is due. So they get 2 payments and I have to fight for my money back. I work and all I can do is put them on speakerphone and wait. unfortunately I have to hang up after a while. I have had my accounts there over 20 years and up till about 4 months ago things were great. Very discouraging.
