This place was recommended to me by a coworker who loves it. I needed new running shoes for myself and my husband and was ready to spend a decent amount of money. I walked in with my mask, the 2 associates just looked at me. I said hello and got no response despite them just standing there amd being the only customer in the store. I tried a few pairs on and spent about 30 mins looking around. Left with nothing. Not a great selection of running shoes, poor customer service.
The manager was awesome. I was looking for a specific pair of Twisted X shoes I'd seen in his store, but we're out of stock during my visit, however he's was able to locate & order some having them shipped right to my house. Happy day shoe shopping.

Great sales! Can’t say the same about the customer service though. They just looked at us and continued talking. Was also my first time there and was excited because of the crocs. Didn’t find them but I didn’t want to ask either since the whole vibe was off.
