So I come into the branch to get something notarized was told to wait for the only person that can notarize my document because he has a customer he is servicing. I sit and wait and then the customer leaves and I am still sitting waiting for the only banker that can help me. The manager doesn't come and tell me he'll be right with me but decides to ignore me and leave me here waiting. I am really considering moving all my accounts to Bank of America. I am so frustrated. After 30 minutes waiting, I get told he can’t help me. So I never had an issue with me not having the document and emailed to them so now they say they don't do that. This branch needs to be shut down. Manager and employees are the worst.

Came into this branch for help!!!! My aunt was terminally ill and I needed to be added to her account. The provided paperwork was completed and returned. I was told it would be overnighted and processed immediately. Nearly 3 weeks passed and paperwork still wasn’t completed. During this time her accounts are accessed and almost 10000 withdrawn. Paperwork still not completed. My aunt has passed away and everything is frozen. In-spite of my expressing the need to access funds for burial. Never received an update concerning the process, non of my messages were returned. The banker that I dealt with always had excuses about him being off work, several times during the three week period. Banker discouraged me from using a bank in Jacksonville big mistake. Let me not forget when I asked about prosecution for the withdrawals I was also told they couldn’t do anything. However this person accessed the account and changed the password for a person who was unable to give permission. Christ does not follow-up nor care about customers. My aunt banked with this company since 1981 and this is how they repaid her.

I don’t bank here but my girlfriend does she called me and was stuck in line because her car overheated the ladies at the register/window show the most compassion, Kindness and loyalty to their customers especially during the pandemic of COVID-19. The lady at the window said come around and I will give you a bucket to put water and there is a spigot around the building to get water from. I was able to get water back into this car and get her back home and I really appreciate the staff at Wells Fargo for facilitating the means to make that happenud83dude4f

Amanda was amazing!! She did everything possible to help our situation but the ones above her refused to help her. It So sad when the workers are amazing and the corp. Office makes everything a struggle for them. Wont be going back because of Corp.
