I love this bank and genuinely have had good experiences but they need to hire more drive-thru tellers or faster ones. Waited for over a half hour in line with only a couple cars and eventually gave up when the line didn’t even budge
CHOOSE ANOTHER BANK!!!!!!!! This bank offers horrible customer service and mobile banking that rarely works. The bank does not honor offers that it makes to it's customers. Beware of the scam that they will give you $$$ for opening an account with them.nnUPDATE: The bank has contact me and resolved the prior issues.
This credit union helped me begin the process building my credit and with my first car loan. Im always amazed at how wonderful and professional the staff is. CampusUSA is a very honest and fair bank and I would recommend it to everyone, especially college students.
Been a member of the credit union for 5 years now. Never had an issue the staff couldn't resolve, wether in person, or over the phone.
