Always stealing your money every chance this bank can. Find a local bank. And no not because I over drafted. Online paperless fees paper fees not having enough money into account. ATM fees incredible high. This bank is evil. Like all are.
The staff who operate the front desk are top notch. They are also very kind and considerate. They treat me like a professional and do a great job.
They where rude needed two forms of id wrote down my credit card number and exp date then the three digits on the back just to cash their chek! Took 45 min
Would have gave zero stars if that was an option. I came in on a Saturday at 11:35 of course I left without being helped because 12 o clock rolls around. Their excuse was sorry we only have 1 person able to help. I will be closing all three of accounts with you guys. If you knew you werent going to have time to help me you shouldve told me a long time ago.
The worst branch. Because of this I no longer want to bank with suntrust. I was in the line to withdraw money (my debit card was compromised so I had reported it lost). I waited behind another vehicle and when I pulled up I was told they were closed though I was in line prior to 12. This was a manager Bebida that told me this! I had a photo that time stamped my time in line and still she refused to help me withdraw money. She told me to call the 1800 number to complain. I’m switching banks Monday morning.
