Inexperienced loan officers which were an obstacle to get to through the (manager/receptionist). One of the most unworthy financial institutions I have visited in quite some time.

Only two tellers on a Friday? Did someone can out or is BOA just cheap? Clearly they have enough money to hire more labor. Glad I bank elsewhere.

Kind and welcoming service towards me each time I come. It is also very clean and well organized. I also like how they embrace the local University

What kind of banking center opens only 9 AM - 4 PM, and only on business day? That means, excluding lunch time, the bankers work 30 hours per week. It gives me the impression that BOA cares far more about corporate business that makes easy loads of money instead of local individual customers who usually won't deposit a few hundred/thousand dollars.nThough bankers at this location are mostly nice and helpful, that's how the 3-star rating comes.nThey should also consider to hire part-time Chinese-English translators at UF enrollment seasons as large numbers of Chinese students come here but hardly understand any banking or financial terms when they are opening their accounts and having hard time communicating with bankers.

Financed an RV with Bank of America. I sent in $100 more than the amount due, so that I can pay towards the principle. I did these 2 months in a row. The third month I logged into my account online and saw that the $200 I'd paid over was NOT going towards my principle. It was being taken off the next month’s payment, so I was not taking anything off my principle. This is a very convenient way for BOA to not help me pay my loan off faster. I called and they said that I have to call every time I make a payment with an amount over what is due to let them know I want it applied to the principle. I've had many loans elsewhere and most banks do not function like this. BOA does not want to apply the overage to the principle because they will not get the extra interest payment so they make it as hard as possible to make that payment. Until I get this refinanced elsewhere when I have call to apply the extra to principle I'm going to leave negative feedback for BOA.
