The salespeople here are so friendly. It is obvious they like working there. I found everything I needed here for my Bacon's Christmas stocking. This is my new place to shop!

Didn't like being told how to manage my tank. Suggestions are one thing but she went beyond that. They lost a sale because of her. I have had tanks longer than she has been alive.

Jennifer was a big help, they didnt have my usual brand of wet cat food and she was able to help steer me in the right direction as well as helping me pick out a treat for our dog. We got to Petco often and out of the ones that we visit the one in middletown by far has the best customer service in my opinion.

Took Bowie for his very first grooming appointment and Ryan was awesome! He was more than patient with Bowie, who didn't want to leave my side and then took great care of him during his appointment. Bowie left with a pep in his step and looking handsome! Will definitely be back and be requesting Ryan for any of our future grooming needs.
