Someone instantly helped me get what i need as soon as i entered the store. I was greeted and workers very friendly. There was someone returning items at the register, taking a long time, an associate was called to help me chkout so i would not have to keep waiting for a long time for a quick chkout! Great customer service!

Store is always clean. Staff is always very friendly. It takes a bit of self-control to not buy my kitties a ton of toys.

Always greeted upon entrance by very friendly employees. Very help crew. On a regular visit for a new harness an employee helped us with some training tips for our puppy.

The store is clean, much cleaner than the other affordable pet store in the area. There isn't a lot of staff support for when you have questions. There is a nice selection of toys and treats for dogs.

Apparrently, Erin working the register didn't like my Amish mask and told me I couldn't wear it into the store again. That's okay, we'll be shopping at Persmart, where I have never had an issue. My pet supply runs range from $30-100. Don't worry, we won't be back.
