Owner was very nice when we came in to his store. My husband brought two pairs of twisted X shoes. The owner said he was friends with the man who designed the shoes. He talked big about knowing him. My husband wore one pair out of the store because they were comfortable. He wore them the second time and noticed the lip of the shoe fabric had torn away and frayed from the stitching. Both pairs were different styles but made the same way. We decided to take them back for a refund. The nice man turned into a not so nice man. A lady helped us who was nice yet the owner said a few times, we were the first to return these shoes. He had an argumentative tone in his voice. I told him there is a first for everything. He was very rude and never apologized for the defected pair of shoes or got up from his stool. We got our $204.14 back and left. He was not friendly anymore.
Friendly and helpful they have a nice selection of quality boots and clothing.
You will absolutely love this place. They have a great selection of boots & footwear. The sales staff are so friendly & helpful.

The place has a good selection and seemed friendly and I was going to get my usual but the talked me into another brand and the didn't last 4 months
