I typically have excellent experiences in this store from shoe selection to awesome customer service. I called in today to inquire about a shoe that I found online and spoke to a representative named Karen. Karen cut me off multiple time while I was trying to explain what I was looking for and when I was asking a question regarding where I could find them. I'm not sure if she was just having a bad day or what, but very dissatisfied with my interaction this time around. I love their products but will not continue to shop here if representatives are rude.
