I had a bad battery driving from Kingsport & stopped at this location. Super helpful!! Changed my battery out & I paid cash. I walked out and left my bank envelope with $150 cash at the register. I didn't realize it until the store closed. Not only did DAKOTA call me (I didn't realize he had) he had my money at the register when I walked in the next morning. What a Fine young man & Honest. Thanks to Trisha & her team. I was so thankful to recover my money. Is recommend this location 100%. Thanks Dakota!!!
Awesome place! Always willing to help! Scott came out in the pouring rain to install my headlights. Great customer service from him!
I stopped by on 10/14/20 around 11 a.m. There was an employee at the register/computer, plus one in a shoulder immobilizer stocking, both saw me but neither acknowledged me. The man at the computer/register was waiting on a customer but at no point did he call for someone to help me or ask me to wait a moment. After 13 min I went to Advancd and was waited on promptly by a friendly associate. AutoZone, you lost $245 that day . . . not that you all care.

I wanted to save hundreds of dollars by replacing the alternator on my 2003 Volkswagen Golf myself. Dropped by Auto Zone to get the parts and shacked up in their parking lot. Mistie let me borrow a bunch of tools and made sure to let me know they were there if I needed any help. When I couldn’t get the tensioner on the serpentine belt Scott and Derek spent over an hour with me tightening that F*#!er down!! It was an awesome experience and I’ll definitely be back if I need any automotive help in the future. Thanks for the friendly and superior service YALL!!
