Great customer service
The store was clean, bright, organized and well-stocked. There is a great section in the front with tons of tiny sample size bottles of all kinds. I've never seen this setup before so I thought it was pretty cool. Unfortunately, the clerk on duty about 2 hours prior to the SuperBowl, a younger gentleman, was far from the standard of basic customer service. He glanced up as I walked in and then went back to his conversation. He did not even bother to greet me. When he checked me out, he only spoke in response to my comment about the sample section, looking annoyed, honestly. I did not get a bag for my bottle. So, I carried it out in hand. The stores in Virginia Beach give everyone such amazing customer service. I did not expect this in Short Pump. Highly disappointing considering I live right down the street...
