I have enjoyed shopping in this store for many years and have found many useful and attractive items there. The employees are helpful and friendly and the store is clean and welcoming. Recently, however, they have raised the base price for everything (not including linens & glasses) to $4.25. They are pricing themselves out of the market. Goodwill is known for its low prices of repurposed items and, although we want to support its mission and employees, shoppers aren't going to pay $4.25 for a pad of paper they can buy across the street for $1. I am sad to see this happen.
I just want to give a shout out to the wonderful staff for helping me try to track down an item I accidentally donated! Especially Veronica for going above and beyond to help me in my search. Fingers crossed we'll find it. Either way, I am so impressed with the kindness and help from Veronica.
Staff is very friendly!nnTiny men's clothing selection, but the prices are reasonable.nnDecent houseware selection, but too pricey. Saw candles and posters priced higher here than retail. Confusing and cramped layout for that section of the store.
