I love Lululemon and have been shopping here for years. I buy all of my workout attire from here and all of the staff has been great, except the last 2 times I have been to the Short Pump location and dealt with the same women, ELIZA. She was down right rude and slammed the clothing sensors down as she was checking out my purchase. I will also be calling to discuss this matter to a higher level. I don’t normally complain or take the time to write something like this about someone but I was completely disrespected. She also treated a new employee on her first day, who was trying to help me terribly!
Shipping takes forever.... I ordered a package on the 4th, was set to arrive the 11th. And on the 15th it is still NO WHERE close to getting here. Just absurd, I doubt it’ll get here even a week after it was originally supposed to. Very dissapointed

Yes....I purchased clothes from this company. And at a high cost. But no more!! They have come out on Social Media denouncing “capitalism”......hahaha....what a joke!! They take advantage of the system and then bad mouth it!!!nTake your clothes and company to any other country. Do not make your money here!! It’s hypocritical.
