As someone who was a bartender for four years and used to cringe at YELP reviews, I do not post negative reviews for businesses. However.....After a nightmare delivery experience over the past couple weeks, I feel I must share our experience so it doesn't happen to others.nnWe have been very patient and understanding with all of the delays, but the total lack of communication with this store is unprofessional. It is quite literally impossible to get in touch with them as none of the workers pick up the phone. They kept delaying our delivery because they did not have the posts we had ordered, but we couldn't even make edits to the order because the phone would just ring and ring and ring and hang up. Even Lowe's official Customer Service couldn't get through to anybody on the phone....... We eventually drove 45 minutes to the store in person and the delivery worker wasn't even there. When asked why we couldn't get through the phone, we were told that it meant nobody was there answering the phone. So no one was there for weeks???? We made edits to the order and were made false promises that everything would get solved, and got a delivery notification and tracker last Saturday that never arrived. The Lowe's Customer Service Representative shared that it was good I had called because our order was stuck in standstill and wouldn't have gotten touched if I hadn't drawn his attention to it. Customer Service created an Incident Report for us for the store, and we STILL didn't get a call from management to solve this. Terrible communication and customer service at this location. Awaiting a call from customer service again regarding a transfer to a different Lowe's, or just a complete cancellation of the almost $3000 order.

Spent $3,000 on fence materials and paid over $80 to have it delivered, only to receive a call a few hours before the delivery date to find out they're short-staffed and just now pulling the order after 2 days of waiting and delivery can't happen. You knew for the last 2 days you hadn't even started pulling our order and now you want us to rearrange everything due to your lack of communication? Will NEVER shop at Lowes again and may be canceling our $3,000 order. Your solution was to not charge the delivery fee and have us pick up...you wouldn't be delivering it, so we would get a refund anyway. So you do nothing to make it right. Home Depot is much more professional and helpful.

Went here around noon today (15MAR21) and found everything I needed pretty quickly. Got caulk, 3 trees, potting soil, topsoil, a paint brush and a furnace filter. Checkout was fast and efficient.
