Cigars are old and dried out. Doesn’t look like anyone properly maintains the walk in humidor. Cigar realm down the street on Three Chopt is a much better place to purchase well maintained high quality sticks. Beer selection is top notch tho.
Very helpful staff. I was in town for one night only with friends and we had no corkscrew, I asked an associate for help locating a semi-sweet to sweet red with a twist off cap...and was immediately directed to a section with several fitting options.
The online features are amazing. And they are super fast! I put in an order at lunchtime for 2pm pickup and it was ready in 15 mins!(1.75hrs early)
I love Total Wine in general, but the staff here were great. I got asked a few times by different employees if I needed help. I usually only shop here to try out some craft beers, specifically sours. The only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars is their selection of sours. There were a few here and there that we're all based on mainly lime and no other flavors. So if they expand to more sours and gose instead of having gose style ale I'd be more content. They seem to have a lot of seasonal beers which is cool. They have plants of boxes to carry your haul (I always buy a lot).
Clean and we'll stocked. It really seems like the employees take pride in working there. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. I like ordering on line and picking up at the store, but not as much as I like browsing up and down every isle. I took a Champagne class there once, and it was awesome!
