There's always stuff in the aisles.. it wasn't even first thing in the morning.
My first time in this Kroger. When I asked for an Asian snack for my daughter the employee knew exactly where it was. Im Impessed by this store. Kroger is always spotless too.
The old woman at the customer service counter always has an attitude. I hate seeing her face when i go up there. There also used to be a fat dude with an attitude that always worked self check out. I havent seen him in a while so i hope he is gone. Overall there are just too many super markets in the area to put up with this sub par customer service. Publix will get my business for now on....
The customer service at this location is bizarre. They do not say hello or try to engage (yes we had masks on) they'll just stare at you until you begin saying what you are in need of (Deli). Many employees have an attitude. My husband said good morning to our cashier named Dyantha four times and she proceeded to ignore him because his mask wasn't to her liking. He made sure the mask was right but she felt the need to call him nasty. We spoke with the manager and he was very kind and apologized. We just will never come back to this location. Attitude runs this place and they forgot Publix is not too far away where they always treat us with kindness. Kroger has a very sad and mean work environment.....
Spent $18 on meat to eat for the week and my bagger decided to not put it in my cart. I will never visit this Kroger or any other Kroger again and if I do I will use self checkout because I should never have to go line item by line item to make sure my bagger is competent.
