Keith at the pro desk goes above and beyond! He’s the reason I decided to sign up for a business account. I had an order that didn’t go as planned I’m not sure if he’s in the management of the store but seemed to have answers when others did not, he followed up with me by phone several times and got everything squared away. Being a business owner I appreciated his small business care in a corporate setting.

I had a horrible experience with Lowes. We bought 9 $29.00 ferns for our front porches and Lowe's said they would deliver them to us within two days. The delivery people called and said that the ferns had mysteriously disappeared and that they were not available and they would give us our money back. They said that they did not have comparable ferns and refused to replace them. They said we should go to other stores to see if we can find other ferns to replace them with. We are totally disgusted! I asked the delivery lady to have the store manager call me. She said she would have him call me after 2:00. They never returned my telephone call, nor did they answer the phone when I called back several times. That was yesterday I have not heard from them yet!

I like the store, their employees are wonderful. Unfortunately there's never enough help. It appears that the people that work there love their jobs.

The guy in the appliance department, I think his name is either Mr. Charlie or Mr. Charles. Customer service I through the roof magnificent. It's people like him that makes shopping an enjoyable experience. It's quite obvious that he is passionate about what he does and he went over and beyond helping me with what I needed. Lowe's? U guys better be treating this guy with the proper respect he deserves. I wish all people in customer service was this way
