My review for this AWESOME mom and pop store would be a novel. I'll try to make it short. I've been a customer here for a couple of years now, and the owners and staff have never steered me wrong on anything. Once I step in the store, someone is always eager to help or if it's a regular employee, they'll ask if I want my usual. If there's a brand they carry and there's something you'd like to try they don't hesitate to order it for you, if they're able to. I really like that. I have two big boys, so I'm always popping in and out. Now, with my husband's health, I'm so thankful they offer home delivery. It helps me out a lot. The only sad side is I don't get to see all the friendly, caring, staff. Thank you all for everything that you do! You all are greatly appreciated! Wuff Wuff from Satchel and Huey.

RedRidge really came through for me when I had an emergency that kept me out of town for longer than I’d planned. When I called to let them know what happened, they helped me select and purchase items for my dog by phone, and they delivered them to his kennel the same day. I really appreciate the service and responsiveness!
