While I appreciate Target's efforts to provide products that range across several categories/departments, I wish some of the categories had a little more variety/detail. For example, I wish the camping/outdoors section had a wider range of items, such as full size hatchets, tents, water purification tablets, and so on. What IS available is good, but to continue with my camping example, I wouldn't be able to find everything I would need for a good hiking/camping trip at my local store, but would have to go elsewhere to supplement what I could get there.

Kyle at the Staples Mill location went above and beyond in the electronics section to find the perfect game for my sisters Christmas list. He went and looked in the back and went through the games on the shelf and helped us tremendously. He also told us about a great sale for another 2 in 1 game which we also bought. GREAT customer service!!! Thank you and Happy Holidays Kyle! Two thumbs up!

Super easy process! Love that they use a verification code to match order to customer, so there's no need to roll down the car window.

I interacted with Harmony during my return. My situation was not an easy fix. It required a lot of time and effort from Harmony. She actively listened to my concerns, explained policy, and assisted me with my concerns with a refreshingly positive attitude. It took a little while to resolve my case, but I felt comfortable in knowing that Harmony was trying everything she could possibly do take care of me. In the end, I got the outcome I wanted, but had I not got the outcome I wanted, I would have been satisfied because Harmony was such a pleasure to work with. I hope Target recognizes her for her efforts to assist us customers.nnShe should be seen as a shining example of the customer service Target strives to offer.
