The Pediatric Center

Do not go here. A pediatrician was recommended to me and when I couldn’t get an appointment with her, I decided to try someone else. This was a mistake. The doctor I saw was extremely condescending and uneducated. She was actually giving me false information about my child’s health and completely making up diagnosis’s. She ordered an unnecessary test even though my child’s charts from the hospital were completely normal. I was flustered and obliged, but of course his results all came back normal. There were several other unfortunate instances where she was attempting to give unsolicited and false information about my child’s health. It was definitely more of an accusatory appointment than a health checkup for my newborn. Just another power hungry doctor with a superiority complex trying to assert themselves. Listen to the rest of the bad reviews about this place and don’t go.

Today,January 5 2021. I and my wife take my daughters to check up on 2304 John Rofle Pkwy Richmond Virginia 23233. My wife and my daughter take my car keys go inside to see doctor . I and other my daughter waiting in the lobby. The nurse tell me and my daughter go outside with cold weather. I said my wife take my car keys, I cannot go outside with cold weather.. I and my daughter waiting outside with cod weather around 15 minutes until my wife and my daughter come out. That no good and so bad

We have been bringing our daughters to the Pediatric Center for about five years now. We see Dr. Marks and are very thankful for his kindness and attention to their health. We have had great experiences with their staff and most of the physicians that we have seen. I have recommended this practice to friends and am very happy with it. We visit the VCC and John Rolfe locations and both are nice. The kids always appreciate the sea creatures and ocean themes, and they love seeing the fish tanks at John Rolfe

I gave a second try to this pediatric office. I was excited to have them close to my home and was optimistic to start. I did not remember why I stopped coming so I thought it must be a little thing.nFrom entering the office I was treated unprofessionaly. The lady at the front office was so rude. She was assuming I was coming late when I arrived on time and checked in online. As soon as I arrived I parked, checked in and did the covid test online. My daughter was thirsty and asked for a drink right then. So I took her accross the doctor's office to get that while we were called. We were actually paying for the drink while they called us. So we came back and we're at their door 2-3 min later.nThe lady stated we were late and she was not sure they could see us. Instead of checking on the situation she was with an attitude.nAnd then she said you have not completed any forms we sent you either so we might not see you.nI asked her where did she send these forms because I had not received anything. She gave me an old phone number. I told her I updated my information when I scheduled this last appointment and they should have used that.nThey had my right number but forgot to delete the old and were trying to blame it on me.nAll of these interactions made my experience quite stressful and uncomfortable. The doctor was okay; however, no one called me with my daughter's results. They were supposed to contact me, specially because I was taking her to them to check her health after an ER visit.nNo more chances for this place.
