This is the best hospital I have been to in my entire life! For both my mother and myself, we have been there multiple times and have had amazing experiences. Every single staff member helped me to feel like I was at home. I can't recommend this hospital enough. Please, please, please come here first if you need help!! After coming here over and over, I can wholeheartedly say that this is **best** hospital ever.

LET ME PAY MY BILL. I have called Bon Secours several times over 5 days to resolve this issue. I have been passed around like a doll between service centers, business offices, billing, and finance departments. Today I get sent to a collections agency..... I AM TRYING TO PAY YOU. I called immediately after I got a new card so that I could continue to pay in mychart. That was never resolved. I called immediately after my first late bill. They never updated my account. Now, I'm delinquent. I NEED HELP NOW.

Saint Marys is rated the number one place to have a baby in Richmond and they did not disappoint. My labor and delivery team was outstanding and they put up with me being super dramatic lol. They our postpartum room not only had an amazing view but a window loft bed for dad, a 24 hour pantry stocked with free snacks, and amazing breakfast lunch and dinner delivered to your room. The nurses were great and they don't disturb you at night so you can rest. I will definitely come back here for my next baby.

Hi! My husband had surgery performed at Bon Secours St. Mary’s Hospital for aortic dissection (a tear in the aorta):nHe was able to perform two goals he had set for himself this morning one day short of a month from coming home from the 55 days he was in two separate hospitals: 45 days at St. Mary’s and 10 days at a rehab hospital.(he came home on 9/11) after having suffered the aortic dissection on July 18 in the parking lot of Home Depot. Today, he walked out the front door of our home with his cane (one of his goals) and walked to his car and got in and drove his car (his second goal) without me to assist him, to see his good friend, Richard who he'd not seen for almost three months! After his first surgery for the tear of the aorta, and the second surgery for a bypass from his left leg to his right leg so that he could receive much needed oxygen to the blood so that he could move and walk on his right leg again, and the third surgery to receive a tracheotomy so he could breathe without a tube in his throat anymore, he needed to learn how to breathe through his throat again, speak again, drink again, swallow and eat again, sit up again, walk again, and prove that he could think clearly again cause he had tiny strokes as well and the doctors and nurses at first weren't sure if he had any brain damage or not. Thank God they found out he didn’t! I didn't know until after George got home that some people at first didn't think he was going to make it. I'm thankful to God nobody told me, but I believe God would have gotten me through that as well. So many family members and relatives and church members and prayer groups were praying for George and we're so thankful for how God has healed him, “one miracle after another”, as my husband puts it. Through it all, our daughter and I who simultaneously visited my husband every day have to admit that the doctors, nurses, technicians, and chapel nun all did an outstanding job in preparing my husband for the outside world again and for a normal life again! The people who worked there treated us like family! We would recommend Bon Secours St. Mary’s to anyone in a heart beat!

My stay was excellent. Everyone was so nice and caring. It was a very comfortable stay until when it was time to leave they couldn't find my clothes and items. That's like about $200 of clothes.. I'm glad I didn't have wallet or keys with mennI wishi had a shower
