Bon Secours Richmond Community Hospital

What a great experience! I'm new to Las Vegas and made an appointment based on yelp reviews. I couldn't be more happier with my decision to go with this place! I can tell you that everyone is very professional and definitely provide the best Service! It be a huge mistake if you didn't go with them. I will be back. ER visit for our 5 year old. Quickest ER visit I have ever had. Had us in triage before my wife could finish the paperwork. Nurses and staff were are very caring and friendly. PA Jones checked out our son, he was very knowledgeable, explained what he thought and his recommendations well. He was also very good with our son. Best ER visit we have ever had. If we have to go back to the ER it will be here. Thanks to your whole team, your professionalism and caring attitudes make a difference to people.

My mother was taken here by ambulance after a fall. We usually go to St. Mary’s. This was the best hospital experience ever. From admitting to the nurses, x-ray tech and doctor, everyone was great. We were in early and home before noon. Everyone was so friendly and efficient.

The care was spot on. Ms. Nedeevuah and her team were absolutely wonderful, professional, caring and overall a joy to have treating me. My apologies because I know I spelled her name incorrectly but I had to share my experience. I hope I won’t have to go back to the ER lol but if I do I’m going there first. Big hearts to you Ladies today ❤ufe0f❤ufe0f❤ufe0f❤ufe0f❤ufe0f The world needs professionals like these Ladies.

I used to love the Bon Secours hospitals. I mean, I LOVED them. I loved them so much I became a volunteer and served them on the weekends for several years. I wanted help this hospital that I loved to be an even better place. But, then it happened. I needed to have a procedure. The care I received was exceptional! The physicians, nurses, everyone was fantastic. Everything except the Business Office. My insurance covered most of it and left me with a meager sum of just $7,000.00 to pay.nnWe get monthly statements from our mortgage companies, credit cards companies, water company, power company, gas company, charities that we donate to, etc... I have never missed a single payment to any of them and as a result I have a FICO score that would let me purchase the Taj Mahal if I wanted. Failing to have $7k in cash just burning a hole in my pocket I *cheerfully* went to finance this debt with Bon Secours - Hey, they fixed me and I felt great! I set up the payment plan and began to make my payments. Things were great until after a few months I realized that when I sat down to pay my bills like I do every 5th of the month that I didn't have any sort of statement from Bon Secours. I'm a pretty intelligent person but I thought that they would send me a monthly statement LIKE EVERYONE ELSE IN THE KNOWN UNIVERSE does, but no. Having not received any statements I decided to call them. Turns out they had sent me to a collections agency. I pleaded with the woman on the phone to please just let me pay Bon Secours but no luck. Collections it was for me!
