I have ordered a pair of soccer shoes and have sent them several emails and tried to communicate with them via IG, but im not getting any responses from them.
Huge thanks to Mike for the amazing customer service. The wrong bat was sent to me, and Mike made the return/exchange process go super smoothly. He provided the pre-paid return label and allowed me to pick out a replacement bat from his site at no additional cost. He even expedited the shipping to me so that i could get the replacement bat by the weekend. I will definitely be shopping here again
OUTSTANDING Company. We were in extremis after my daughter broke her bat on Wednesday night before a Tournament this weekend. I called Thursday morning to purchase a new bat. Direct Sports worked with me to identify the best shipping option, and the bat arrived this morning. They were professional, friendly and right on point with what I needed. And of course had one of the hardest to find bats around.
