They done great by me. Carlaina Fields or Carly which ever you want to call her was the greatest. She was by herself and there was 4 customers in there at one time and one was getting testy. She handled herself with the most professional way and took care of everyone. She needs a raise. She's making your store. If the Pearisburg branch had negative 10 stars they would be getting it. Hands down the WORST customer service I have ever seen. My folks went in today to solve a problem that US Cellular created and the girl they talked to was so hateful and downright mean. I would be ashamed of myself if I treated a paying customer like that in my store. We have had nothing but problems from them since we’ve had their service. Anyone in Giles needing better US Cellular customer service go to the Christiansburg office. We are already looking at other providers to switch to because of the horrible treatment we have received. Horrible treatment for no reason. It’s not like we come into the store hateful or jumping down anyone’s throat, but it really makes you want to when someone treats you so badly. I have absolutely NO use for any of the people in Pearisburg.
