This place was pretty bad. Had to wait because they weren't cleaning the tables off waitress complained about how tired she was took us 20 minutes to get our drinks another 25 minutes to get our food she didn't even ask us if we wanted dessert definitely wouldn't go back to this place.

This is the only Chili's in Richmond. The service was good, but the food was not what it was years ago. This location struggles to keep a good cook that knows how to cook a steak. I have had numerous occasions that they've severely overcooked my steak. Tonight was my son's. We ordered it med rare and it came out well done. The waitress promptly put a new one in that was correct the second time. I've given up ordering steak here. The salsa was good (addictive) as usual, but the chips were a little oily. I had a gift card that I used up on this visit so it will likely be a while before I think about coming back.

Nice, clean and social distance for guests.nFood was good. Gave 4 stars to my meal which I decided to get the 3 for $10. I had the chicken southwest meal (forgot the name of it). My chicken comes on a bed of rice and some black beans. When my food arrived, the chicken was on a spoonful of rice and a good 2 cups of beans. This was disappointing.nnThe rest of our meal was good. The 3 for $10 is a great value.

Service was excellent, food delicious, had to send the tortilla chips back to finish cooking.nDisappointed they got rid of the Chicken Fried Steak.

Hey, what to say other than typical chain restaurant, service was decent, beer was cold, and food was as expected.
