I forgot how good hooter food was until I returned this day. They have some of the best appetizers, although I'm still mad they stop cooking the whole half fried pickles and now they only do the chip pickles. The halves fried pickles were the best, now these chips pickles taste like everyone else. But all in all great place to eat

My family and I had a great SAFE visit. The host took our names as usual and asked us to wait in the car until the table was ready. Less than 10 minutes later we were being called for seating. They had masks on and ask us to keep them on until time to eat or drink. They provided sanitizer at the door, while our table was also sanitized and wiped down. Other parties were strategically spread out for safety also. Food was hot and fast, while I enjoyed watching the last Final Four Game for the night!

Food was great, service was great but they really need to improve the way there app notifies customers. I placed my carry out order through the app at 4:24 it said it would be ready in 21 min. I showed up at 4:38 a lil early so I could pay and add a side of BBQ sauce to my order as the app didn't allow you to put any custom notes. As of 4:45 the app notifies me that my order had been delivered (there way of saying ready I guess) so I asked if I missed something as I was still standing inside waiting for my order, the young lady went to look and said they were still working on it. I didn't receive my food till 5:12 almost 30 min after the app said it was ready. They said they had a lot of call in orders but as I was standing there I only seen 2 other people come in to get orders and one was still waiting as I left and there were only 6 tables seated with people while I was there of which one came in and was seated as I waited for my food. Not sure if there app is the one that controls the notifications when orders are ready or the kitchen but that really needs to be worked on as why should someone should have to wait almost 30 min after they were notified there food was ready to be picked up to receive there food. The whole point of using the app to order food and having it notify you its ready is so your not standing around waiting for your food (u know grab and go type deal). If someone wanted to stand and wait they might as well come directly into the store and order to go and just wait for it. Other than that my food was great and everything was as I ordered.

Understaffed on super bowl Sunday! Waiting 30+ minutes for online orders and they don’t answer the phone when you call to inquire about a wait time or even cancel an order. The service used to be so good but they really need to get better organization on pickup orders. For the last year or so, I’ve had a terrible time with online ordering. Be weary of tipping ahead of time since the service won’t be worth it... Just hoping the food is fresh and hot by the time I get it.

Sorry I had this one confused. I forgot my waitresses name I think it was Debra or something. Super short 5 foot maybe 2 in blonde. Took forever at every step. I did not get my beer that I ordered at the first time she came to my table until I had ONE wing left. At that point I had to order dessert just to have something to eat with my beer. The 2 times I had to go look for her she was bent over the food outlet of the kitchen coking and joking. I should've set down with the 42 power Line workers their waitress was on point and mine was off tune and off key. I had to go get the bartender to get her when I was tired of sitting at my table to pay my bill to leave. I've been to over 40 Hooters and this is not one I want to return to. Not to mention I was one of maybe 16 tables there one being the big party but stillnnEdit* waitress was Debbie
