30 minutes to check out. One employee. Disinterest in the customer experience. Just nowhere near as professional as other auto parts stores. Limited selection out front.
These guys sent me to one of their affiliates who dropped the ball terribly however my experience with these guys on the initial contact Was good
Came in for a battery during COVID-19, and the lady working there was helpful in locating a battery for me. Luckily they had the appropriate battery on hand and it was quick and painless.
This this was an unpleasant experience. I have in the past and my daughter continues to work for the competition. I only went here because there is not one of them within 40 miles of here. The online pricing was not honored, Actually made a joke about it I don’t see what was funny. I was sold the most expensive wiper blades possible because the employees did not know how to install rain X blades (per employee) on my vehicle and even went so far as to tell me that buying outside of the dealership has only been allowed for the last two months. I happen to know this is not true. I don’t buy them at the Ford dealership! I cannot recommend the store, especially if you’re a female, you will be taken advantage of. With no other option but to replace my windshield wiper blades I was forced to pay a lot more than I should have. Shame on you.
