Great staff, both in the salon and store. Our pets love the shopping trips and visits to this location!
Unfortunately our bird died... the staff was so sensitive to the situation and my son was very pleased as I was with the service we received! We dont know what happened... the bird died after a few days... never did they make us feel like it was our fault or ask to keep the bird because we wanted to bury it. I will definitely be back and we are extremely grateful for such amazing quick service.
SHELLY IS SO AMAZING! She helped me with finding treats and toys and was so incredibly friendly. Normally at any store it’s just a regular item check out and pay experience but I came here in the evening and she completely made my night. She was so kind!! I live right across from Annandale Petco but it was closed at the time I needed to go, so I went to the Fairfax Petsmart for the first time and now from now on I will make the extra trip to go to Petsmart. Every store needs a Shelly :))
This is a great store that I keep going back to, forgot my coupon and they still honored it anyway, great service and prices better than online options. We get dog food there, but they have a lot more than that for all pets.
Staff was very friendly and helpful to my husband and I. We're rescuing kittens for the first time as a married couple and needed everything. The store was neat and well organized. We found everything we needed for our little munchkins.
